Returns & Exchanges

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund or exchange.

Returning an online purchase

You may return any non-final sale item (see “Final Sale” below) in it’s original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange with no shipping charges on exchanges. Merchandise that is not in it’s original condition, or is more than 30 days old cannot be returned.

Final Sale: sale merchandise, underwear, swimwear, clearance items, and gift certificates are all “final sale” items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

Use our Shipping Return Label:

  • Please call Customer Service at (858) 755-0116, or email us at DurantesDelMar@yahoo.com to receive our Prepaid Shipping Return Label.
  • Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location. A small fee of $8.85 will be deducted from your refund. If you are exchanging merchandise, shipping is free.
  • If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, please send the package using the shipper of your choice and ship to:

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process exchanges and credits.

You may also return or exchange merchandise in person at our retail store location.

Tracking a Return

When printing a return label, you can check the notification boxes to have an email sent to you with delivery confirmation. You can also enter your tracking number on the UPS Website.

Returning merchandise without a return form

Please include with your package the following information on a sheet of paper:

  • If this is a return or exchange.
  • Reason for returning the merchandise.
  • Customer number.
  • Name, address, and best contact telephone number.
  • If this is an exchange, indicate item number, description, size, color, and quantity of the item(s) you wish to receive as an exchange.

Returning a store purchase

Durante’s Menswear is happy to accept returns or exchanges of any non-final sale item (see “Final Sale” below) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Original sales receipt required to receive a full refund in the form of the original payment. Returns without original sales receipt will receive store credit and may receive sale price if item was previously on sale. Merchandise that is not in it’s original condition, or is more than 14 days old cannot be returned.

Returning or exchanging a gift

If you are returning a gift without the original receipt, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate/store credit.

Price adjustments

Durante’s Menswear gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
